Club newcomers receive support and generous assistance so spontaneous and so benevolent that it generates feelings of gratitude and the desire to pay back in kind through helping others. This way, the idea of Our Movement will be always alive, and it will survive in our clubs even when we will no longer be there.

Work of "Ochotniczka" |
An Ochotniczka is a special kind of a volunteer. Every Ochotniczka is a volunteer, but not every volunteer is an Ochotniczka. Volunteers are enlisted from society at large. Everyone who is willing and eager to help and who has the proper psychological predisposition and the time to spare can become a volunteer.
The work of the Ochotniczka probably represents the most important element of Our Movement, the purpose of which is to offer help and assistance to the breast cancer victims in the first moments after hearing the diagnosis, to provide reinforcement when making the decision about the necessity of often drastic and radical treatment, and to give support during the difficult moments of the complementary treatment - and then helping them to remain optimistic, in spite of it all, about prospects for the future.
In order to cope with these tasks, the Ochotniczka, aside from the proper predisposition and preparation, must be able to draw from her own difficult experiences.

Education Programs |
We continuosly organize educational activities, because we believe that only a high level of social knowledge about breast cancer can lead to a victory with the desease.
Each "Ochotniczka" in order to perform here taks needs to go through a training program organized by our Club. We continously train new volunteers. Beside that we also organize educational programs for people not involved in the "Amazonki" Club.

Trips |

| "Spartakiada" |
We organize rehabilitation trips for women suffering from breast cancer, during the summer. To propagate physical activity there is an anual event called "Spartakiada".
|
Cooperation |
We cooperate with the AVON Company for Women, within the confines of Great Campaign for Life AVON - Against Breast Cancer.
